Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

We do not accept returns for underwear, socks, or items marked as final sale.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
